Denver Tent has a full range of tent and fabric repair capabilities. We will even repair other tent-maker’s products and that is more often the case as Denver Tent products are built to last! Our knowledgeable product specialists will be able to work with you over the phone to determine if you can repair your fabric covering at home with some of our repair products like Tear-Aid or if more extensive on-site repair work is needed.
There are several factors to keep in mind when considering a repair of a fabric-based product like a tent or a tarp. First, how old and brittle is the fabric around the repair? A patch of new fabric is only as strong as what it is bonded or sewed onto. Also, usage, environment, complexity of your fabric-based product and aesthetics may dictate that the economics are better to buy new rather than repair the old. Either way, we will help you make the best decision and the right decision for you, our customer!
Call us for analysis and a quote for your repair. We may have you bring it in for an onsite analysis. Please make sure your tent or fabric product is clean (otherwise there is an extra cleaning charge). Repair services require payment prior to work being initiated and are subject to a $100 minimum. Most repairs can be completed within 2 weeks depending on factory demand. Off-season (November-March) discounts are available.
We repair other manufacturers pole and event tent tops in addition to our own. Call us for a customized proposal. Repair quotes may require on-site review of the item. Repair items must be clean and dry. Repair service is subject to a $100 minimum shop charge. |
